Chest pain, burping, spasms, reflux - rendered me barely capable of running or doing physical activity - and then, which from 2009 - 2012 mysteriously dissappeared by the way. As soon as depression and unhappiness got worse - and a lack of rest due to depression and being single -and a massive anxiety attack after ingesting something I should not have - brough on the flares hard in the spring of 2012. In 2013 it tapered off a bit in remission. If I go to bed early now I don't have an issue.
Should I still have the scope or will that just wreck the integrity of a possibly currently weakened LES?
And I reject all claims here that the LES cannot re-strengthen since for me it got strong again and I was able to body build hard for 3 years when the est pain dissappeared. So whoever you are, learn your facts.
Also why is it stronger and better digestion when I have better rest?
Again learn your facts.
Anyways to the actully helpful people on here. Now I am up and down. Is it possible to have a good surgey or some sort of procedure and be an athlete again of high performance? A perfect surgery?
