I've had a rough few months and have eaten too often at 'food trucks', specifically of the Mexican persuasion. I am a GERD sufferer who has no real correlation between symptoms and diet, although I generally eat extremely healthy.

Long story short, I've gotten a very good feeling from Nopal, which often comes with the food. So much so, that I have begun to think it may help with symptoms. Anyone else noticed this? I am going to start cooking with it at home to further test this. Perhaps its related to Aloe Vera and is soothing.
