I've always had sinus issues my whole life. I blow my nose a 100x a day, But I've noticed, that I can't talk for long periods of time. God forbid I talk while being outdoors - instant sore throat, like i felt such a strain. I've always had a soft speaking voice but now it's getting out of hand. Now I'm starting to feel like I'm in my own little bubble.
Fast forward. For about
a month I've felt a lot of pressure in my head. Then it gets worse, I have to constantly move my jaw around like a crack head to relief some pressure. 2 clinic visits later (Been told maybe it's allergies, it's your sinus problem, now I have ET Dysfunction/Silent Reflux...***) and an ENT doctor later I'm told to take Prednisone, my throat looks fine, a deviated septium later. And I might have silent reflux.
I literally feel like I can't talk, I can't eat anything, I have the only anxiety and i'm feeling extra fustrated.
And the kicker is....I HATE taking medicine.
- Feeling a bit helpless...
