To all, I also planned juicing, but I ended up making a squash soup! I still havent got to the groceries yet and all I have is a squash and sweet potatoes! :)) but as soon as I completed my veggies and fruits, I will really try it! So excited! (my mom always makes the juicing and I've never tried it myself) :)))
Anyways, i've been chewing and keeping almonds, ginger sweets, water, and bananas all the time. I dont know if it's just psychological, but they seem to ease my symptoms very quickly.
Lily, it's nice to hear that you've been adjusting with the dosage!
Hayley, I feel for you, but I am also happy that so far NOTHING's wrong with your health! I hope you'll feel better soon, no more pain and discomfort!
Javery, I also read about
the juicing, fiber etc and I didnt even realize and remembere it until I read your post. :)) so thanks for the info! You've been an angel in disguise for all of us!
