Thanks Jamosca, I'm not sure what it is about
water but I think I'll cut down on it for now. I tend to drink a lot more when I'm not eating so much, clearly my stomach doesn't like it. From now on im just going to sip it throughout the day.
I might try some milk as well, all my stomach problems started 2 years ago after I gave up milk after a lifetime of heavily drinking it. At some stage during my recovery last time I started drinking milk again and got better eventually. After a while I gave up milk again, because it gives me acne, and here I am again.
I remember I would drink warm milk with a bit of honey in the evening when my stomach and reflux where at their worst last time, before bed is the time of day when my stomach is most sensitive to food and I know about
it the next day if I eat something wrong, so the fact I was ok on milk then I think suggests I don't have any intolerances to it. I get some gas but its no problem.
Just mixed some milk into my mash, definitely made it more creamy which I guess will help the stomach, and I'm only having mild nausea compared to the usual light pain so think I'll stick with it. I desperately need some protein and a bit of fat in my diet anyway but meat and eggs have been too much when I tried them.
Just been to the Dr too, not only didn't they help, they told me I have to reduce my medication of lansoprazole to 15mg twice a day! I was like are you freakin serious!? Guess I have to though, they are the ones that write the prescript
