Thank you, I just realized I didn't elaborate on how bland myndiet really has become. I basically subsist on apples, pears, avocado, carrots, plain protein like plain chicken, rice, breads, other plain starches and a little bit of dairy ( I don't drink milk, but do small servi ngs of cheese, sour creams etc for flavor and sauces. I can't go near green veggies, tomatoes, citrus, corn, popcorn, sausage, onion, garlic, coffee, the list goes on and on. It helps to avoid the trigger foods but in no way comes near to affording me a comfortable life of normal activities such as running, swimming, sleeping in a bed.
