Hi! I had my gallbladder removed 20 years ago and after eating my 1st meal I developed this horrendous heartburn so bad it felt like my whole stomach and esophagus and throat was on fire. I then developed a swallowing difficulty even though stuff goes down it doesn't feel normal. Sometimes food gets stuck but not too often. I have found no relief and I'm amazed at how many Doctor's don't know what's going on. I can't be that difficult. I never had heartburn ever before they took my gallbladder out. I take Aciphex but it doesn't help with the stomach pain and it doesn't make the throat sensation go away. Any ideas?
