Hello everyone im new here , I had a Nissen done back 2007 and I have suffered every sinse, I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS ,im hurting through my stomach into my back causing fatigue when im trying to sleep also im bloading up all the time and cant eat very much even after 7 years grrr constant pain feeling like im being strangled where the wrap was done. Does anyone know of a VERY GOOD DR in Louisiana or Texas that will undo this Nissen ? Ive had to have it dialated at least 7 times because the DR wrapped it to tight and i need it dialated again now .I did go back to the DR that did the Nissen 2 months after he did it and asked him to Reverse it and he said NO .I didn't have Acid that bad but he also fixed a hernia and removed my gall bladder .I think my ph test was 5 I don't really know if that bad or not lol if anyone knows a good Surgeon in Houston or Louisiana that will reverse it please let me know asap thanks BTW im not trying to have any problems with the DR that did it I just want it fixed so I can get my life back I have read on another site that 5 people had it reversed with 4 having no problems 1 having minor issues all felt better after .

Welcome to the Healing Well yeah yeah yeahWrapped Club! yeah yeah yeah I have my grandkids over right now, so don't have time to respond to your post, but will as soon as I can. Glad you've joined the forum. It's a great place to get support and information.

Bill, a moderator here, had a swallowing problem with his first Nissen, which he had redone as a floppy Nissen. His first Nissen was done improperly. Here is a link to his recovery journal:

Baza (Barry), another member, had a lot of trouble with his first Nissen and had trouble swallowing. He has since found out that he had swallowing issues and shouldn't have had a full wrap. He has a partial wrap now and is doing fine. You could start a new thread on the main page requesting his response. Just make a title indicating that you'd like input from him. He was at his wits end after his first Nissen that was too tight.

I can't go into detail, but it gives you a starting point.
Hang in there! There are answers.
Best wishes,
