oesophgaes spasm

Hi new to site I have been told that I have oesophgaes spasm can anyone tell me if it gets really painfull during physical activity

I used to have them, they can be brought on by reflux which sometimes can get aggravated by physical activity. I take Magnesium 500mg, follow a special diet and I no longer have them. They were so horrible, I do not wish them on anyone.

Welcome to Healing Well! Sorry to hear you're struggling with spasms. I know how painful they are.

I am concerned that if your username is actually your email, you will be at risk for spam. If that is the case, please go to the "My Profile" tab at the upper left of the dark blue border next the log in/off link and change it ASAP. You can just use the first part of the name the way I have in the greeting of this post.
