I had been watching carbs, using yogurt, apples, honey and vinegar. Still say yogurt and apples work best. During three days felt the best I have in months. Last night ate pasta, and too much, chest pain in 1/2 hour and still have it. With me I understand most of the problems with Gerd but can't figure out why, when I have it bad it hangs around for 2-3 days. Even if I'm eating right, its just continued chest pain.
