Thanks for the response, yes I agree with small portions for sure, I've found out the hard way several times that if you eat until you're full even a little, no matter what kind of food it is then it will cause problems and you'll be in for a day of pain at least. As for eating meats, I can only tolerate lean meats like roasted chicken, fish, or lean beef doesn't bother it but, any pork, fried foods, hamburger definitely irritates it. Even lean meats must be in small portions too. I take probiotic capsules for digestion too that helps, along with pepzin GI, DGL licorice chewable, slippery elm powder. As for antacid pills I take 1 nexium in morning an hr b4 breakfast and carafate 3-4 times a day. As you can see I'm taking a lot of stuff daily lol. I just want to get this problem done with, I'm tired of feeling like I have sandpaper stuck in my stomach!
Anybody else take these products?
