it's a bacteria problem. Best to go on a no grain diet really which is wheat products, rice, soy, and corn.
It will take some time stop consuming grains but don't give up. Just start reducing slowly. I wouldn't eat meat either I eat almonds that are soaked overnight. You can make almond bread from almond flour.
Best to eat a lot of vegetables and some fruits.
