Just a little update on food....couscous...although healthy is packed...and I mean packed with carbs!!!!!
Green apples not working so well with me...felt a possible uncoming bout of heartburn...apples are out for me, darn it!
Olives...apparently they are very good and virtually carb-less lol. But I havent found a site where the carbs are listed yet..so it isnt concerend...if anyone has the right carb for olives..please post it.
Cheese, blocked appears to have the least amount of carbs...at least less than feta. But most cheeses are fairly low in carbs.
Don't mean to state the obvious...but I know I for one sometimes miss the obvious completly. So just in case...any preserved food, like canned as well as immitation foods are packed with carbs - even some fish. Which brings to mind - mollusques are heavy with carbs..all other fish are 0.
And if you are on a low carb diet...popcorn is certainly out of the question (unless this is where good and bad carbs come into play). There are like 80 something grams of carbs in just a cup. WOW! I remember hearing you should eat popcorn if you are on a diet...its so good for you! My how things change.
All I can think of for now. Waiting for more ideas from other members. Breakfast ideas would be most welcomed. I believe there is at least another member trying to come up with something other than bacon and eggs LOL.
