I know a lot of GERD/ Acid Reflux sufferers have different methods that helped them
Some thru medications, lifestyle change such as eating habits etc
Eating whole foods, bland diet, eating 5-6 small meals daily, walk min 20mins everyday, meditate/yoga min 20mins a day, have 1 tsp of manuka honey before mealtime and don't drink anything hot or cold.
