as time goes on, you reintroduce different foods slowly, to feel how you do. chocolate, i waited till the 6 month mark, tried a small piece, and no go. tried again 1 month latter, better and at just under a year no problem. same with sweet onions, broccoli and so forth. that being said, carbonation is still iffy, so i avoid it. you will find your new normal, just take it slow, and be smart about it.
