So after a long laundry list of drugs my doctor wants to try me on low dose baclofen for refractory lpr, sighting loose les saying baclofen has been known to help. If anyone has insight or has /is using baclofen it would be so helpful for me to hear from you. I’ve had a lot of false starts with medication so I’m a little nervous to try and can’t find much about
it on the web . Thanks for any help you can offer

A lot of posters report great help from Baclofen. I don't tolerate even half the smallest dose.
I have a current post on the Chronic Pain section.

Yes, Baclofen works. It will close your LES valve, and reduce reflux. Just be careful, as it can produce tiredness, and worse...nausea.
