Hi my name is sunshine you can read my story nightmare Nissan fundoplication. I just had a ct ab/pelvis January 3. After having 5 unsuccessful revision, pulmonary embolism twice. Lived with twisted Nissan for 16 years, slipped, converted, stomach lodged in esophagus, total gasterctomy.
Today i found I have three problems dilated Bilary duct, intussuception of small bowel, and hiatal hernia.
I say this to try and save someone anguish pain and and financial problems. I lost a ganguros gallbladder removed the surgeon nicked liver so all these surgery to shut down bile gastritis, esophagitis, 4 grade ulcers anxiety. So before the do a procedure Nissan fundoplication have them check the area of the gallbladder. I am 24 hour from hearing from a new surgeon with what will and can be done.
What ever you go thru don’t give up and with all I’ve been thru when your surgeon said this is partly my fault find some else. After I get a better understanding of exactly what she finds I will keep you posted. Love and best wishes. Sunshine 🌞
