A lot of what you are experiencing is because you are thinking about the process too much, and letting your anxiety kick in. Things like breads, rolls, steaks, potatoes and salads are the only things that really seem to hang up for me and then again, not all the time. If you have issues with a certain food, walk away. Try not to concentrate so much on the small things or you are going to continue to worry about this for a long time. You have had multiple tests that have showed that the integrity of the wrap is good, you are in much better shape than you were prior to surgery, relax and enjoy!
