Hey Everybody

I used to be a member of this forum a couple of years ago, when I used to struggle a lot. Anyways, I came here to share with you what I have done to get back to normal after so many years of trying many stuff from meds to surgery. It turned out that when I was getting ready for my redo surgery (because my first only lasted for 2 years) I went to visit another doctor to get a second hear before deciding on whether having the surgery or not. She told that my problem was all about stress that I was thinking too much that I was sick. She told me you that I needed to change my job and adjust mu life to become less stressful, do exercise and take Probiotics. So I did that, and guess what it worked!!. I didn’t have to do my redo and since then, I haven’t taken any Pill whatsoever. I started the gym, have been taking probiotics and my life came back to normal. So my advance to all of you struggling with this disease is : do exercise, relax do not think you are sick, be positive and take probiotics( I buy them in Costco) if you have some doubts feel free to let me know. Hang in there and God bless you all

thank you jamch21. if by any chance, you are doing weight lifting, that's quite dangerous to one who had Nissen.
