Hello everyone. Had reflux/hernia fundoplication almost six months ago. Did nothing in the meantime. Two weeks ago started calisthenics and after 4 sessions i got severe reflux that i realized due to my voice hoarseness( silent reflux). I stopped but i am depressed. Cant imagine myself without working out. My barium swallow showed nothing. Was thinking to start swimming instead. Please anyone for some advice or same expeerience?

Unfortunately the Forum has been incredibly slow. Hopefully, someone will come along and post their experience.
In the meantime, you can use the search engine for older posts.
