Greetings Gerdys

I've noticed that I've started having GERD again. It is spring and the tempurature is warming up.
I' noticed that I had gerd all spring and summer last year. but as fall and winter came around my gerd went away.  ?!

I live in montreal and the weather tempurature differences are extreme.

it can't be related to work bcuz I have the same amount of stress throughout the year.

has anybody noticed the if this is the case with themselves?

"Gerdys" lol!
Hmmmm.....I've never thought about the relationship of seasons to GERD. Sometimes I make connections that are wrong.....but I still spend alot of time trying to find those connections!
Here's an idea.....maybe you do more work that involves leaning over and bearing down more in the spring and summer? I know that is the case with me. But I also get GERD around Christmas because of my bad eating habits.

I don't know if there is a systemtic rhythm of things with the seasons, that might predispose us to GERD in spring and summer.?? Good question though! And I'll try to keep better track of a possible connection with me too.

Gerdys,

Since I was diagnosed with esophagitis 4 years ago, I have noticed that twice in the fall, around October, my symptoms simply disappeared.  I could eat anything I wanted.   This year they resurfaced again sometime in January.
