Just wondering if anyone else's symptoms seem worse when they are tired...

My symptoms - especially the bubble in the throat and the post nasal drip seem to be way worse if I am really tired.

You're not alone in that.  If I have a week when I don't get enough sleep, by Friday I am guaranteed to have a "lump" in my throat with some awful burning, and a horrible naseous feeling....  Add the anxiety that not feeling well gives me and it's almost too much to handle.  I can only wish for a nap at that point - nothing else seems to even touch the problem...
