I didn't have it reversed there was just talk of maybe doing it. I am currently on a steroid for my asthma and antibiotic for an infection so it really threw my stomach into a spin. On Monday I was so sick I called both my docs( internal & stomach). My internal med doc who is my primary is the one that got back to me first and put me on zantac at night, took me off the singulair and back on a pain med for the cramps for my colon problems. I also went to the health food store and got some goat milk and cheese to help me feel better. I drank alot of goat milk and it really helped my stomach feel better. Problem is it is costly, high fat and calorie. Still having heartburn wake me at night but not even near as bad as it was before. I had to go to the doc for my asthma today and ended up on another antibiotic for a week. Not happy about
that but have to breath. He decided not to put me back on anymore steroids or the singulair because of my stomach problems. I just would like to get an 8 hour night of sleep. That isn't helping me get over the chest and sinus infection. Oh well I am confident my new stomach doc will figure something out. I am pleased that he got back to me himself on Monday even though it took until the afternoon. He ok'd the stuff my PCP changed and said we would do a test I wanted done after I got off the antibiotics. I see him on the 25th and we'll decide what we need to try next or change. I'll keep you updated. Barb
