Hi skooby.. You are doing the right thing by going to the GI.. A lot of people find it easier to face something if you know what you are dealing with and have a good supportive doc by your side.. The supportive doc is very important.. Try not to be to nervous cause that can upset gerd... There is nothing you can do now to change anything you did in the past.. We all have done something we regret but regret gets you no where..
