I still have an ear infection and headache but my deep intense burps and stomach trouble is better.

IVe been using acidophilus twice a day. I take one in the mornnig and one a couple hours before dinner.
Im also sprinking ginger powder on my foods . Im also taking 2 grams of vitamin c and 1 gram of L lysine for heart health.

I also drink a mega greens drink which is mainly barley grass 3 days a week, its all i can stand.

I also take a half inch of apple cider vinegar with each meal and before i go to bed,

This might sound wild, but i did some ab crunches and side bends yesterday evening and i think it also helped remove some toxins.

I think sometimes when we dont exercise we can't get the toxins out, toxins come out of the skin also when sweating.

Sorry your starting to feel bad...
I think you had a good idea with the exercise, however maybe earlier in the day if possible. I try to do between 32-36 sit-ups every afternoon around 2:00 followed by some stair steps and I try to relax in the evenings, but my asthma flaired up this weekend and I'm just rather tired today..........
Keep trying to come up with ideas to help get rid of GERD!
Good Luck to you scool

My symptoms often get worse at night as well. I think that is typical.

For what it's worth, I read somewhere that sit-ups and other stomach exercises can worsen the symptoms, especially if you have a hiatel hernia. The exercises put additional pressure on your stomach and forces acid up towards your chest. I stopped doing them when I had a breakthrough last year. I changed a lot of things so can't honestly say if it made a difference.

just wonder if the gerd has anything to do with that. he did prescribe somethng for that too but its the same thing as prilosec. I was also nervous and he did say i had fluid behind my ears
. I thought i was going to see him for an ear infection and headache. Turns out i have high bp and the headache could be caused by the bp.

Have you been having a lot of stress in your life lately? I suspect that high levels of stress can be one cause of GERD symptoms AND high blood pressure. Last year I was under a lot of stress, I had a lot of acid reflux and my blood pressure was up over 20 to 25 points. All thanks to my teen son. Things have gotten much better this year, my symptoms are greatly diminished and my bllood pressure is back in the normal range.

Blood pressure is nothing to fool around with...take the medicine...they call don't call it "the silent killer" for nothing. When I was 55 I came down with it. I never eat salt and am not super overweight. They really don't know what causes it. Of course stress is not good for us. But high blood pressure unchecked can lead to a stroke.

Sorry if I sound fanatical but it runs in my family, high blood pressure, stroke, etc.
