IVe been using acidophilus twice a day. I take one in the mornnig and one a couple hours before dinner.
Im also sprinking ginger powder on my foods . Im also taking 2 grams of vitamin c and 1 gram of L lysine for heart health.
I also drink a mega greens drink which is mainly barley grass 3 days a week, its all i can stand.
I also take a half inch of apple cider vinegar with each meal and before i go to bed,
This might sound wild, but i did some ab crunches and side bends yesterday evening and i think it also helped remove some toxins.
I think sometimes when we dont exercise we can't get the toxins out, toxins come out of the skin also when sweating.
