If you like the taste of cinnamon this one is great because it's readily available even in supermarkets and it lasts a long time so you can build up and swallow alot of saliva - TRIDENT CINNAMON - comes in a package.
It's sweetened with Xylotol (apparently an ok sweetener for GERD problems).
Cinnamon is good for the digestive system - very alkaline, helps reduce acidity in the stomach.
To repeat info on the DGL, they found that it's best dissolved in mouth with saliva. Apparently the saliva is key with DGL.
