Hi, everybody,

I would like to share my experience with Hiatal Hernia treatment

In one of the forums I found this website with information about Hernia in Nutrition section

and list of chiripractors who can adjust it.

I did not find doc in my area. Occationally I learned that there
is one in Baltimore.  I  drove there and he fixed it. It was
easy and took few minutes.

He said it is mechanical and hedetary
problem. He said it effect heart and other nerves.
It seems I had paltitipation for that reason or because of my
allergies too.

Hernia is functional and always move up and down.
He said it probably will not stay there always but I can do it
myself. He showed me how to do it.

Dr. Keen gave me phone of chiro in DC in case if I want to repeat

It worked and now i do not have reflux. It seems my small hernia was a major reason for that.

The reason why I was reflux free:
- probably stomach moved down and hernia was gone.
- Chiro strengthen my mussels and LES too.

He pressed to some points on my back.
He demonstrated how my mussels change by asking to push my fingers
against each other.
My mussels are weak in generally and probably LES too.
I was impressed that he felt my points how soar they are even
through clothes.
He told exactly how I will feel every point.

By the way  fennel supplements can help for
hernia too. You can search internet for that.I already have fennel
as ingridient in my Ayurveda supplements.

I am going to continue with low – acid and low-carb diet and wedge
and 3 pillows just in case.
But I hope I will not need it in the future.
I would recommend also yoga to make mussles on the back more strong,
good posture especially during the dinner for everybody with GERD.
red that we should not lean after dinner because it weaken our LES.
It is better to stand that sit after that.

Just in case I am posting phones:
Keen Blaker (Baltimore) 410-823-2626
Zahra Yousefi (DC) 202 452 - 1888
