today i had some very spicy foods for lunch for me is not usual, got sleepy lay down then work up with vomit in my mouth and nearly choked to death...i know it is a no-no to lay down after eating i waited about 1 hour after to nap, then i threw up and made it just in time to  the toliet.

it seems to be getting worse. i have to lose weight i know and should not eat past 4-5 pm at night or elsei am up all night. why do i do this to myself?
does anyone else do this to themselves also?

do all these drugs slow down the stomach from empyting faster than normal?

I use to do that.... My doc told me to wait 2 hours before laying down after eating.. Since I started that I do not do it anymore..

Hope that helps
