My suggestion for any of those who suffer back up acid in their mouth. I have had this on a daily basis for a year and didn't understand why, since I eat a very blad diet. I went to and bought the strips. I followed their instructions and as it turned out my acid levels were in the moderate to unhealthy range. I know I'm not a doctor or nutruionist just someone who has suffered daily for 14 months. So, I've turned it over to my diet which was bland but not getting enough of the right kind of foods. In the past two days, I have been eating my regular bland diet but added, basamiti rice, apples, bananas, blanched almonda. I also noticed that when I eat dinner, I like to eat everything on my plate, and in my opinion it was not alot of food, but if I fill myself up to the full line, the acid comes back up in my mouth. popped a pepcid and dissapeared. I still have acid in my mouth but not on a every second basis. It reoccurs late at nite when I go to lay down, even with my bed raised. But, at least my days are better. So, all in all, for only 7.99 plus shipping order these strips and start taking control of your own bodies.

Good for you whiskeygirl. As I said in another thread, the pH factor is something I'm paying close attention to again...since I was feeling alot better a month ago or so when my pH was in the normal range. I'm using the pH tablets I mentioned, plus like you, I've also been adding more alkalizing foods to my diet, and it's already making a big difference in just days. I haven't woken up with an acid throat in days...I can't even remember the last time it happened now. And slowly but surely there's little to no acid discomfort after a meal. So things are looking up again. You're right, we need to take control of our own bodies. We can do it.
