Since I posted this topic, It's strange but that minty taste isn't there at all lately. I do know that I have been putting alot of salt in my foods - also eating alot more veggies - white breast chicken, the other day I started the DGL Licorice in tablet form, because I couldn't chew it. I don't know why the sudden change - but I am happier for it. The biggest switch is that I am putting alot - and I mean alot more salt on my foods. I was not a salt eater at all. There was no salt on my home cooked meals and I never added it to anything. So, maybe that's part of it. And I am definetly working very hard to get rid of all the pent up emotions, anger,sadness and I'm keeping very busy. Not 100% there yet, but I am hoping for the best. And I hope everyone feels better too.
