With all of your help I have come to a place where I know i'm not crazy with "another" aliment that is a mystery .. at least from what I have read here It seems like my symptoms match LPR...
I have a few questions for those of you who may have it or know more about it .. Can it at times go away ? Not completely, but every once is a while it will seem to get "better" ... I have tried sleeping on my left and maybe that is helping because the nights have been more tolerable.. I have burning alot and the feeling of a small bone stuck in there ... there have been times before I knew about the LPR that I thought whatever it was was gone ! ONly to return a few days or week later ..
Its really weird because last week and for months I had the dryness, cough and feeling of something stuck in there ... now I have the "burning" in my throat ...
OH and this is the big question ...last year I suffered terrible neck pain ...went to the chiropractor , rhumey, had an mri and was even sent to a surgeon ...they determined it was Cervical degenerative disc disease and told me to go home and exercise...well, almost a year 1/2 later I am still in pain ...thats what I take the ibruprophren for ... but I read in one of the LPR articles that it could cause "neck pain" ...
any knowledge of this  ?
Thanks everyone !

Be careful with the ibuprofen. i know that some drugs can cause GERD and I think that that may be one of them...
