Medically,,, can sharp foreign objects such as pins or needles, when accidently injested, pierce the inner wall of stomach and disappear from the sight and loge inside the tissue between innerwall and outerwall of the stomach?. Again medically, should this naturally lead to hemorage and inflammation and cause severe pain confused

I really do not know how to respond to your question? I would consult a doc about it.. I would say pins or needles could cause havoc to your insides in what ways i have no idea the ways are limitless.
