I think i am lucky i had acid reflux, yes, why? Because im sicker now and have moved on to the headache and anxiety area.
I no longer have acid reflux or heart burn. I take acidophilus before dinner, . I take cayenne, hawthorne capsule after dinner. I take cal-mag before bed along with a med called amitryptline .
I also take apple cider vinegar at least once a day just in case it comes back.
im having massive headaches next to my ears and doc keeps changing his mind to why i have them. if you put all 4 fingers next to your ears on your face and go up to around the temple area is where i have my headaches. Doc never has mentioned tmj for some reason and i hope i have tmj but no money to go to the dentist or doc again at this time.
try 1. Acidophilus
2. Apple cider vinegar
3. Cal mag before bed
4. DGL Licorice
5. Drink more water with lemon and do away with all soft drinks and diet drinks also as they make reflux worse.
6. Exercise more but not everyday
7. Take hot and cold showers. i will take a normal shower, but it on cold and have it pounding on my head, chest, neck, etc and then put it on hot and do the same thing for up to 5 min each.
