Hi all,
Every time I work leaning over (picking up branches in the yard, planting the garden, etc.), I have alot of irregular heartbeats for quite awhile.  Its a real pain.  Anyone else have this?  Its not like I get reflux with it.  Sometimes I wonder if I have a sliding hiatal hernia.   I have GERD, but its been behaving for a long time.  I've gotten so I never want to lean over......which means lots of things won't get done.

Hi CathyA..
That does sound like a pain.. Have you talked with your doctor about this? I know some meds could cause it.. I went through that. I would call my doc and talk to them..

Thanks poobear,
Sometimes most of the docs just shrug their shoulders. It gets frustrating.
I'm going to take more magnesium and drink more water, and maybe that will help.
