I have spells of irregular heartbeats that are considered benign.
But if I work leaning over (housework, working in the garden, etc.), I get TONS of irregular beats.  Its such a drag.  Plus, my chest feels weird for about a week afterwards.
I was thinking maybe I have a sliding hiatal hernia, and it gets worse when I work leaning over........but maybe its just acid coming up and irritating the vagus nerve??  I don't get heartburn leaning over.
Anyone else have this problem with leaning over?  Sure makes me wish the floor/ground was higher up!
