When I was at my worst my diet was :
-baby's food (the one for 6 month old because the 12 month old was too chunky) or vegetables in the blender
-yogourt and apple sauce, cream of wheat
-hummus (I would it eat with a spoon....)

I am so glad this lasted only for 2 weeks.
The fact is I thought prevacid would solve all my reflux problems but it doesn't. sad

at wit's end

Have you been put on anything like Nexium or Protonix? Or have you tried Prilosec OTC? I was using it first before being put on a PPI and it even helped some.

doesn't hummus usually have garlic/onions in it?  I can't eat the baby food that has vitamin c in it, it gives me problems.  only the other kinds...were your problems mainly swallowing then??

were you going hungry from just eating these foods?  because i tried the baby food diet quite recently, and i stay hungry. :(  I got GERD from starving so this can't help me to be hungry again.
