Yes definitly. The burning in my chest has got worse. Plus i seem to be having spasms there as well that were not there before.I'm also having headaches quite frequently. Have you noticed any headaches.I have found that drinking a lot of water in the morning and evening is helping reduce my symptoms. I have had a little less pain in the evenings if i don't eat after 6pm too.

yes, i do get headaches!!!  Are you staying on the domperidone....is it helping you?  Why are you taking it?  I am taking it because I have gastroparesis.  I just started it this past Friday and I started getting chest pains and headaches.  I never had the chest pain before, so I didn't take it the next day.  I still have had chest pains even though I haven't been taking it.  I am waiting for the doc to get back to me.  I woke up with a soar throat from acid too this morning.  Do you think it is safe to be on the domperidone?  It isn't FDA approved in the US.

I thought domperidone was supposed to help with the GERD?

I'm going to stick with it for another few weeks to see if the benefits outweigh the side effects. So far i have not noticed any improvement. just seems to be making things worse.I live in Ireland so i'm not sure about fDA approval.

I read it can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks to feel the full effects.  Do you lactate?

Do you have breast milk from taking domperidone?  I got it from being on Reglan and I am sure domperidone will cause the same thing.

I just got back from the doc and he said that the domperidone caused my chest pains....he doesn't want me taking it anymore.  My reflux is sooooo bad though.  What else can I do??? I am on Nexium and tried ever other medicine and now I feel left out in the cold.
