Geez, sometimes it's just hard.  Right now I'm getting lotsa gas after I eat and then I get the dizziness.
I'm taking Xanax but I just can't tell if this is just GERD or anxiety.  I'm starting to get slight muscle twiches all over my body.  And my tummy feels bloaded with that "something stuck in my throat feeling".
And then I feell some pressure on my nose and forehead, nothing like a headach but it feels more like a slight pressure there.
Just weird and not pleasant at all. sad

Hi there Spartan! Do you mind me asking...when is the last time you met with a doctor involving all this? I am curious because you seem to be in need of answers that a doctor would hopefully help you with. I am sorry you are suffering like this. No one should have to. I hope you are able to find some relief soon!!!
Dealing with panic and anxiety for 8 years off and on...right now more on than off.  Major health anxiety as well!
New found issues with agoraphobia...working on that too.
I am NOT weak, I am just down right now.  I am doing what it takes to get my life back!!!
Best Wishes to all...Tammy

Hey Spartan....

The last post you said you have seen a few Drs and nothing showed up. Now is time to believe in yourself.

Talk again to your Dr and could be the dose of Xanax you are on is not working anymore. Sounds like to me it is an anxiety attack. I know how they feel. Sounds like with the twiches, and throat, and even pressure on nose and forehead it is an anxiety attack. But just talk again to your Dr. He will know better. Might give you something else then the Xanax or even up the dose. But I think it is best just to talk to him or her.

I think Tammy is right and you need to talk to a Dr.

Hope your night is a good one.
