Hey Rick...thanks for posting these ideas up here!

I have seen stuff like this before as well. I have been wanting to do a post like this with ideas on how to improve symptoms of GERD without meds.

I think trying all of the above would be a great idea for anyone who needs some relief. It may not work for everyone, but in my opinion, it is definately worth a shot.

Rick, I am so happy that you found something that works for you, and I hope it continues to work.

And again, thanks for posting the information!

Rick,
Thanks for bringing up those ideas. Carrot juice sounds good, I'll have to give it a try.

And I have to wonder about the soap, I've been using this dishwasher soap that has bleach in it I'll definitelly look into changing that.
I'm starting to wonder about bottled water also. I mean a lot of these come from the tap, and there is a lot of chlorine in that.

My neighbor drinks apple cider vinegar with organic/non-pasteurized apple juice for her gall bladder--and believes it works! I may have to look into this further---b/c I don't think I have serious GERD--but, I do think something is happenin' with my gall bladder!
