here is the website has a whole list of meds not to take.alka-seltzer-comtrex flu-contac 12 hour-dexatrim-dimetapp cold and cough-robitussin-cf-tavist-d-12 hour -triaminic-dm-expectorant  1-800-548-3708 or go to web http:www.fda.gov/cder/drug/infopage/ppa/ it has been linked to increased hemorrhagic stroke bleeding in the brain among women  ages 18-49 in the three days after starting use .ploblems were not found in men.there are 36 meds listed to be very serious,so please go to this web site and if you are taking any of these meds stop and call the 1-800-548-3708.Rick skull

Ya' know---all of these recalls on so many medications---makes one (like me) not want to take anything---but, then....to suffer b/c of some physical ailments---where do we turn? Luckily, I don't take any of those----BUT...alka seltzer? OMG----that's as old as the hills, isn't it? Why all of a sudden is there a problem with it? It's almost like, 'who do we trust with our bodies?', This is insane!

glade to help yes its sad that we do not know what meds will kill use or heal use.maybe in another hundered years.they will hve it straitened out.i wish now i would have gone to school to be a md instead of a singer song writer.so i could spend time healling people.for free after hours.well you take care of yourself and keep it possitive.Rick
