there, I am a new user and have found that alot of the information on this site is useful.
I'v been having problems with Acid reflux for sometime now with all the usual burping and feeling bloated. I tend to get burning pains in my stomach as well as between my rib cage on the left. I also tend to get slight burning pains in my upper back as well as the back of my rib cage which I'v been told is to do with Acid.
Yesterday I started getting these pains of Numbness in my left arm all the way up to my left shoulder. This morning i have a bad pain in my back which only hurts when i lean to the left.
Is this also to do with Acid reflux. tongue

Hi there Saiham....welcome to healingwell. So glad you found us, and I am sorry you are feeling a little lousy. I have a lot to say about your post, so please, bear with me here.

You say you have been having problems with Acid Reflux for sometime now...have you been officially diagnosed with anything, and are you on any medications for anything be it prescription, or OTC?

I am going to ask about your heart for a moment you have any heart issues? Have you had any tests on your heart done in the past? The reason I ask is because of the left sided numbness and pain, and especially because it goes into your back. That just makes me think of your heart, and I am extra cautious when it comes to the heart, so that is why I am going there. Not to scare, just to inform.

Acid reflux can do many things to you and cause your body to feel many different pains and sensations. Before I say to much, I hope you don't mind answering my questions. I just want to see where you stand with doctors, and medication and such.

I am happy you are here. This is a great place to get support and information. Please, stick with us!!!

Wishing you the best!
