My neighbor and I were talking about "natural" stuff----and she suggested I try a "shot" of organic cider vinegar for gall bladder problems (see my other post)....

I tried it--at 10 a.m. EST----and I feel sooooo bad!  I feel like I have to vomit----and I tried to eat some toast after I drank water to try and dilute it!  Why did I try this stuff?  OMG---I feel so blech! sad sad sad

Can anyone sympathize with me?  WAHHHHHH!!!!!!!  anything I can do to try and "balance" that feeling?  I feel really bad-------- sad confused

The only thing I can suggest is you try some saltine crackers...I know that worked for me when I was pregnant.

I have never tried the organic cider vinegar...so I can't say what works...I hope that someone comes a long with a better answer.

Best wishes hun!

I know apple cider vinegar does work for some people but when I was at my worst I tried it.  I even mixed it with honey and 8 oz of water and I literally felt as if the acid was rising up to my chest.  The only thing that calmed it down was taking another 40 mg. Nexium pill.  Sometimes we are so desperate for a cure that we will try anything.  The reason people think the vinegar works is because when it hits your stomach it is supposed to turn alkaline and many people swear by it.  Unfortunately, it didn't work for me.....

ACV worked for me.
Almost feels like a miracle cure.
