Thank's sooo much for the info. I will stretch as you said so that I don't feel so achy all the time and I will hold off on the exercise for now. Hopefully as you said I will feel a lot beeter with my 3rd infusion. You Take Care of yourself also. and keep in touch with me and let me know how your doing or if you want to just talk and exchange advice. Oh and I will get me some confortable Sneakers. Thanks a bunch. PR Glo
Sorry to hear you are doing so poorly right now. I hear your pain. I have psoriatic arthritis as well.
A LOT of stretching does help. Forget the exercising (for now) just spend a good 20+ minutes a day stretching your body. In fact, I need to start doing that as well - I stopped a while ago for various reasons and can barely move now.
I don't wear ANYTHING but sneakers. I spend $99 a year on a particular pair of New Balance walking shoes. I wore them with my bridesmaid dress years ago. I wear them with my suits to work. I look and feel ridiculous, but if I want to survive the day and be able to drive myself home at the end of the day, I have no other choice. I did find a pair of sandles that I can tolerate for a few hours with little problem. They were super expensive, but worth it to look nice on occasion when I want to dress up.
I did wonderful on Remicade for a long time. Hopefully after your 3rd infusion you'll really start to feel it kick in. I had miraculous results with it, unfortunately, with my already problematic immune system, I had to stop taking it. I was also refusing to take prednisone with the infusions and that may have spurred part of the problems. Good luck. ****
