Anybody tried the Dr Pagano diet? And what were the results?

Ive been on it for a week now but didnt do the apple detox. My psoriasis seems to be getting worse in places.

Things getting worse may be a good sign, as long as it's temporary. As the body goes through a healing process, especially with the proper dietary support (and ideally proper detoxification), symptoms often get worse for a period of time and then start to improve.

Yes, I agree with gohealthy4life. Symptoms get worsen before the real improvement. Don't worry and keep following the diet rules. They are worth a try. Also make changes in your lifestyle- include regular workout, proper sleep and regular food habits. Less alcohol and no smoking.

Apple detox diet is good, it accelerates the detox process. But, even without doing it, you would get good results if you show patience and persistence :-)

I am following Pagano diet protocol from last 4-5 months and results are good. Being a single working woman, I am not able to follow it religiously, still I try to follow it as close as possible and I can conclude that it is a good way to manage psoriasis. Its not a CURE but yes, a way to manage it.
