Thanks, Kitt and Sherry. My hands are actually significantly better today. Weird, but my pain often moves around from joint to joint rapidly. (One reason I think it could be fibro.)
My trainer did give me a good tip. She loaned me a pair of lifter's gloves to wear yesterday when I worked out, and they did seem to protect my palms from the pressure, as I had no aching hands last night.
Now it's my knees. I really do resent the way my body has turned on me!
