I'm 35 and my rheumatologist confirmed that along with fibromyalgia, I have osteoarthritis in my hands and wrists. I take low dose steroids every day. It helps some. I noticed the weather really plays a role in my pain. When the barometric pressure changes dramatically, doesn't matter if its up or down, just the change from one to another it hurts like crazy. They have me alternating aspirin and tylenol. Its not very effective. My heating pad helps more. I was wondering if anyone has had any luck with creams like capzasin. And I also wondered if there might be a more effective treatment?
