Did you know that turmeric extracts are as useful as the NSAIDs drugs for reducing the symptoms of Osteoarthritis as they possess the anti-inflammatory properties?

Although the anti-inflammatory activity of curcumin has been demonstrated in cell culture and animal studies, few controlled clinical trials have examined the efficacy of curcumin in the treatment of inflammatory conditions.

I have severe inflammatory OA. many replaced joints and fusion surgeries. In my experience, turmeric does help. I take one a day and when I ran out, I did notice a difference. I try to eat anti-inflammatory foods too.
Black cherry extract helps too.

I suggest turmeric for all inflammatory disorders like Osteoarthritis , arthritis and tendonitis. A chemical compound in turmeric called curcumin which is the most biologically active component of the plant. But Turmeric extract can cause digestive problems in high doses.
