For me it can cause muscle pain. My ortho. explained that when we try to ease up on the joints, we use the muscle differently and the causes soreness..
For the record, I take glucosamine 1500 am and 1500 pm, does wonders for my pain and range of motion. Plus walking, slowly or at a moderate pace for 20min a day helps
