Sooooo on other subjects on thia forum, i asked around abouty constant (for months) leg/calf pain. I have mild spondylosis facet joint arthrosis with minimal bulges disc at L3,L4 and L5 and S1 with mild narrowing of the neural foramen at L4 and L5. I also have osteoarthritis of both knees. Question is do any od this causes muscle pain? (im aware theres no Dr here) just searching for anyone in common.

For me it can cause muscle pain. My ortho. explained that when we try to ease up on the joints, we use the muscle differently and the causes soreness..

For the record, I take glucosamine 1500 am and 1500 pm, does wonders for my pain and range of motion. Plus walking, slowly or at a moderate pace for 20min a day helps
