I am new here and hope we can learn from each other about
living with OA. I've been recently diagnosed. Back to topic, pain management. I am not one for adding another script
med to the list. I've been looking at herbal medicines, and here is one I've found, strangely, does work, at least for me. Maybe you can give it a try too? ok, I take a coffee filter, fill with 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp turmeric, and 1/2 tsp black pepper. I wrap it all up in the coffee filter, and let it steep with my Red Rose tea, for a few mins. I find it helps 'soothe' my pain, and I get to sleep. If you try it, let me know!
