My 21 month old nephew was diagnosised with allergies to shell fish, peanuts, tree nuts and eggs.  Does anyone know of a website where you can put in your allergies and find lists of foods that are ok?  He is currently off of multiple other foods due to a rash he has had since he was an infant.  Candella, I believe is what the rash is, and some of the things he is off of is soy, dyes, fruits, & gluten.  There are others, I believe, but I am having a hard time keeping up.  Any advise would be nice.  Thank you!  Courtney

Try this website and see if this is what you're looking for.  Multiple food allergies are so difficult!

Parents of Food Allergic Kids (POFAK) has a website that offers support for people dealing with kids with complicated allergy situations - http://www.kidswithfoodallergies.org

Good luck,

I'm 13 and I have a bunch of allergies due to Lyme Disease. Make sure to tell him that he will be oaky. I use to be scared to eat anything. Ask his doctor if he can eat seeds if so try sunflower seed butter.Try to look for alternitives that are close to more commen foods. This will really help when gets older. If he can bring a sunflowerseed butter and jelly sandwich on alternitive bread in his lunch on the first day of school he wouln't feel alone.

On my blog (www.kathysrecipebox.com) I have a searchable recipe database, where you put in the allergens, and it gives you recipes that you can have. Hope it helps. I don't like the previously posted website because it costs money to join, and I don't think anyone should be profiting off the misery of others. I have heard other people say that it isn't that helpful so I didn't join it. Good luck.
